Personalized Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Because every LittleWish Books order is created especially for your child and family, personalized orders follow the cancellation and return terms below.

Order Cancellations

⚡️Before Final Proof Approval

You may cancel your order at any time before approving the final digital proof. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method, and no cancellation fee will be charged.

⚡️After Final Proof Approval

Once you approve the final proof, your order immediately enters production. After final approval, the order can no longer be changed, canceled, or refunded.

Final approval includes replying “Approved,” “Looks good,” “Proceed to print,” or otherwise confirming that the book is ready for production.

Proof Review and Personalization

Please carefully review all names, spelling, photos, personalized text, and page details before giving final approval.

Any included revision requests must be submitted before final approval. Once the final proof has been approved, information shown in the approved proof will be considered accepted by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our books are personalized and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Changes of mind
Errors that appeared in the approved final proof
Incorrect names, spelling, photos, or messages supplied or approved by the customer
Requests made after the order has entered production
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if:

Your book arrives damaged
The book has a manufacturing defect
You receive the wrong product
The finished book does not match the final proof you approved

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue. After reviewing the claim, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue an appropriate refund.

Lost or Unfulfilled Orders

If we are unable to produce or ship your order, you will receive a full refund. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
